The Rainiverse promotes active, collaborative learning that emphasizes the development of conceptual understanding and strong creative, critical, and analytical thinking skills. Our learning experiences and curricula are designed to be integrated across subjects, draw on relevant and engaging content, and support the development of internal motivation and a strong voice.
Learning at The Rainiverse is rigorous and emphasizes thinking over rote learning, and we expect students to use their knowledge and skills creatively and practically. We have high expectations for our students, but we also provide appropriate support and scaffolding to help them reach their full potential. This approach helps prepare students to be innovators and achievers who have the skills and flexibility to solve new and old problems.
The Rainiverse is also an intentionally diverse school, recognizing that preparing students for the future requires a deep understanding of different cultures, strong collaboration skills, and a commitment to both local and global communities. We believe that an inclusive community enriches the intellectual stimulation at our school and fosters an open and inquisitive mindset.

Our Mission
At Rainiverse, we provide endless opportunities for children to engage in hands-on and explorative activities to instill their love towards learning. Our teachers ensure that children are not only involved in all play but work in seriousness when it comes to independent deskwork.
We strive to create a safe, supportive and a non-judgemental environment where children can freely express themselves in a healthy way.
Aims
- To enhance the development of the individual child to fulfil their potential through play and quality care.
- To provide a safe, secure and stimulating environment where children can begin to develop their health and well-being - socially, emotionally and physically.
- To work within a framework which ensures equality of opportunity and anti-discriminatory practice for all children and their families and to have their beliefs valued and respected.
- To support your child’s development in the best possible way, we work in partnership with external professionals and other childcare providers who may become involved with your child’s care. We will also use the wider community to support your child’s learning when we feel it is appropriate and safe to do so.
Objectives
- Individual care and attention made possible by a high ratio of adults to children.
- The support of a personal key worker for the child and family to build positive relationships.
- Opportunities for parents to be involved in their child’s progress at our play school.
- Using observations to discover the individual child’s interests which helps us to plan developmentally appropriate lessons to extend development and learning.
- Children are given the opportunity to learn with the support of adults both indoors and outside, where a variety of activities and resources are accessible.
